In this pivotal role, you will lead the executive hiring efforts across all departments.
Reporting directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will drive the strategy and execution for securing top-tier executive talent that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and vision.
What You'll Do Manage and scale a high-performing team of Executive Talent Acquisition Partners, prioritizing coaching, development, and operational excellence.Collaborate closely with leaders across all departments—including Client Services, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Finance—to understand their unique hiring objectives and create tailored recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals.Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-impact and leadership roles across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition Operations to enhance hiring dashboards and reporting tools.Guide the team in refining and scaling processes to support organizational growth while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.Stay informed of industry and geographic talent trends, using insights to shape hiring strategies.What We Need 12+ years of recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting for Executive level roles across diverse functions.6+ years of people leadership experience.Previous experience in building out the Executive Search function in-house.Proven track record working within an Executive Search Agency.A career developer with a strong reputation for mentoring and professional development.Metrics-driven, comfortable working with dashboards and managing candidate pipelines.A problem solver, capable of addressing challenges collaboratively.A cultural steward aligned with Invisible's company values.Compensation: Base: $170,000This role is eligible to participate in Invisible's equity plan.
