As we expand our America's function, we have an opportunity for an individual to work remotely from anywhere in LatAm, whilst working closely with Commercial and Marketing teams in Mexico, APAC and Europe. The RoleStrategize and lead innovative (digital) marketing campaigns, PR and external communications campaigns for OSL Americas, to create brand awareness, value proposition and client acquisition.Work closely with global marketing team (headquarter) and business stakeholders to manage and execute OSL's marketing strategy with a focus in Americas (United States, Canada and Latin Americas).Manage a range of activities and projects across the entire marketing spectrum including brand campaigns, community engagement, advertising, and event participation.Implement integrated advertising plans and PR plans for corporate campaign, new product launches and various line of business specific programmes through ATL, events and digital channels.Monitor, report and optimize brand and digital marketing performance.Act as brand custodian to ensure the communications are in line for the brand in Americas.Monitor and drive business results (leads, accounts opening and ROI) to ensure media performance effectiveness on all channels.Manage budget of marketing project for the brand in Americas.Support product marketing on promotion campaigns.Work closely with global, local media, creative and PR agency partners to manage and execute campaigns and communications plan.RequirementBachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.A minimum of 10 years relevant branding and advertising experience.Proven track record in delivering successful and innovative digital campaigns is a must.Good understanding and knowledge of online and offline marketing.Experience in digital marketing and PR campaign management.Good writing and speaking skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).Mature and able to work under tight schedule and pressure.Detailed-oriented and good project management skill.You will love the team and OSL if you:Enjoy learning new technologies and want to be part of exciting projects that have immediate business impact.Are looking for open-minded, flexible, and diverse working environments (yes, we have the working from home policy!).Have a desire to innovate for clients.Are a team player and have a sense of ownership.Unsolicited CV submissions by agencies will not be recognised.
