Expectations include owning your assigned client success team's P&L as well as ensuring operational metrics are met.Capable of managing a client success team ($10M+).Create and support enterprise solutions with other cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.Drive business, delivery, and client results with other cross-functional team leads.Dive in and understand where things are, supporting the team in where budgets flow (investments vs project costs and when things need to hit where).Deliver positive internal and external experiences and delivery, even in the most challenging circumstances, in partnership with the client services teams.Monitor client needs, objectives, and status, providing clear direction and support to address the most challenging situations.Drive craft evolution at the CST level.Lead, manage, and create an inclusive environment for global, geographically distributed teams.QualificationsAdvanced communication and presentation skills.Advanced business and financial acumen.Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.Exceptional client service mindset, in both delivery and solutions.Exceptional negotiation skills.Proficient with project management tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets, TFS, Jira, financial processing/tools.Proficient in change management strategies and systems' implementations.Exceptional understanding of agency/marketing/sales environment.Post-secondary education.15+ years of project management experience.7+ years managing/mentoring teams.Experience leading a business unit or department.Fluent in English and Spanish.Klick is consciously creating a culture where everyone can thrive and grow in their careers.
