The selected candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with various aspects of fundraising activities, supporting our efforts to secure capital from investors to fuel our growth. Responsibilities: ? Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies to attract investors. ? Conduct market research to identify potential investors and analyze industry trends. ? Prepare investor materials, including pitch decks, presentations, and informational memorandums. ? Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective investors, both virtually and in person. ? Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fundraising activities. Qualifications: ? Strong interest in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and early-stage startups. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. ? Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. ? Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output. ? Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. ? Prior experience in fundraising, finance, or investment banking is a plus but not required. ?
