Developing long-lasting customer relationships Preparing the vehicle for customer delivery, including licensing and inspection Contacting customers to schedule an appointment to deliver and demonstrate the vehicle features Assisting customers in the pairing of Bluetooth accessories and components Reviewing all documentation to ensure appropriate paperwork is ready for the customer Inspecting the vehicle to ensure that all requested work has been performed correctly Developing a relationship between the customer and Service Department and maintaining communication with the customer to ensure satisfaction of the vehicle and/or to provide additional vehicle feature information Other administrative tasks About you… Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in coordinating and delivering, including:

2+ years experience as a delivery coordinator considered an asset 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract OMVIC License Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written) Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic Ability to maintain professionalism Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment A proven commitment to quality of work Why choose Zanchin Automotive Group?
