Salary:£20,463.93 per annum OTE (£39,163.93) Uncapped

Van Sales Specialist responsibilities: Develop and grow the van sales operation at our Taunton location. Build relationships with customers and understand their commercial needs to offer the best Mercedes-Benz van solutions. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to optimize pricing and achieve profit targets. Liaise with our service department and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Organize and manage vehicle preparation and online marketing, coordinating with the workshop as needed. Prepare and do live video presentations and other customer engagement activities. Handle administrative aspects of sales transactions to meet customer expectations. Proactively manage a contact diary, ensuring all leads are maximized. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements for continued success. What is required from you? Proven experience in van sales or commercial sales. A high level of motivation, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Effective computer skills and excellent organisational abilities. A proactive and results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
