V&A Market Due Diligence Analyst

As an Analyst, you will be a member of a consulting team focused on performing M&A market research for a broad spectrum of markets and industries.

You will report to the Market Due Diligence lead and will be part of a growing global and multicultural team.

Market due diligence includes: Primary and secondary research and analysis of early-stage acquisition companies across different business strategic sectors, e.g. digital, technology, consulting. Gather information, perform basic analysis on information gathered to provide meaningful insights, and organize findings into a compelling report. Assessing companies' strategic/commercial fit, identifying financial risks and opportunities. Leverage data analytics and data visualization techniques to enhance reporting workflow. Provide input on best practices and process optimization opportunities. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor in business administration, Accounting, Economics or similar. 1 year of experience required in Market or M&A research, financial due diligence, financial analysis or similar consulting/corporate background. Advanced in English. Strong oral and written communication skills. Team player committed to providing high quality work in a timely manner. Skilled user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
