Position Overview:
In this role, you will collaborate with fellow operations team members to understand user needs and create solutions to positively impact digital product development.
This is a hands-on role, supporting customers across disciplines to design studies that answer their critical research questions.
Key Responsibilities: Understand the company´s platform to effectively identify research opportunities and isolate the correct audiences for each. Build and field studies for prototypes and other designs for websites, apps, and other digital experiences, all with the journey of end users in mind. Coordinate survey launches with partners and monitor progress for timely delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes. Desired Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of mixed-method research experience, preferably in the digital space. Knowledge and experience across a range of research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys. Understanding of quantitative methodologies including survey design and analysis. Proficiency with building surveys on Qualtrics, creator screener questions for specific audience targeting. Proficiency with HubSpot Service Hub or similar tools such as Zen Desk. Experience with Userlytics and Figma preferred but not required.
