Your mission Utilizing Figma to create wireframes and prototypes for designing intuitive user interfaces Conducting user tests and gathering feedback to understand user needs and preferences Serving as a catalyst for feedback and facilitating communication between users, UX designers, and developers Defining personas and target audiences Conducting workshops to promote collaboration and ideation among interdisciplinary teams Performing quantitative analyses to assess user behavior and support decision-making Your profile Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UX design Experience in leading workshops, particularly in Design-Thinking sessions, along with a willingness to conduct them Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability testing methods Excellent German and English language skills Why us?
