Your challenges and objectives: Become an expert on the Avature product.Work with a variety of product-based solutions, which involves interacting with diverse stakeholders and scenarios.Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the guidelines, libraries, and style guides that comprise our design system.Be a referent of all-things UX within the organization and share that knowledge with the implementation area. Your day-to-day activities: Design custom solutions, producing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and iterating designs with customers and Avature team. Understand your different audiences (business-oriented and technical) and be an efficient communicator.Brainstorm with the team. About you: Knowledge of user interface design and software prototyping. Experience in designing products or features that involve wire framing, testing, and iteration. Ability to analyze and synthesize information from different sources to propose design solutions and validations.Constant learning of UX methodologies. Highly collaborative personality.
