In this key role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders and developers to bring your creative concepts to life. You'll lead wire-framing and prototyping using Figma, conduct user research to design seamless experiences, and stay ahead of the latest UI/UX trends, driving both design innovation and business success. What You'll Do: Create & Test Designs: Lead the design process, from detailed wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, using Figma to bring ideas to life. Shape User Experiences: Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs are intuitive and impactful. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders and developers to align designs with business goals and ensure smooth implementation. Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, continuously improving the user experience and driving the overall design strategy. What You Bring: 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring teams together and advocate for best design practices.
