Our client is looking for a UX Designer with solid experience in UX Design to join one of our international clients, a US-based SaaS company in the healthcare industry. This position will play a key role within the design team collaborating closely with stakeholders and developers to bring your concepts to life. You'll lead wire-framing and prototyping using Figma, conduct user research to shape intuitive designs, stay at the forefront of UX trends and make a real impact on the business success. Key Responsibilities Wire-framing Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and test design concepts. User Research Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, and iterate based on feedback to ensure alignment with business goals. Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions, providing clear specifications and supporting the development process. Design Strategy: Contribute to the overall design strategy and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive user experience and a strategy that drives business KPIs.
