In this key role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders and developers to bring your creative concepts to life.
You'll lead wire-framing and prototyping using Figma, conduct user research to design seamless experiences, and stay ahead of the latest UI/UX trends, driving both design innovation and business success.
What You'll Do: Create & Test Designs: Lead the design process, from detailed wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, using Figma to bring ideas to life.
Shape User Experiences: Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs are intuitive and impactful.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders and developers to align designs with business goals and ensure smooth implementation.
Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, continuously improving the user experience and driving the overall design strategy.
What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring teams together and advocate for best design practices.
Experience in user research methodologies and working within Agile/Scrum environments is a plus!
