Requirements ? You have 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a SaaS or product company ? You have in-depth knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD ? You have experience in creating wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes ? You have practical experience in developing and maintaining design systems ? You have a deep understanding of user-centered design methods (user-centered design, design thinking) ? You can translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces ? You have experience in conducting user research and deriving design decisions from the results ? You are a strong communicator and can work with different stakeholders ? You have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic frontend technologies ? You work independently and have a high degree of organization and independence Tasks Responsibilities ? You design user-centered interfaces for our web-based solutions ? You develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes ? You build and maintain a design system that ensures a consistent user experience ? You conduct user research, including interviews, surveys and usability tests ? You work closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into optimal designs ?
