Come be a part of our vibrant team, where innovation and creativity meet finance, and every voice matters.About the Job :- USD paid, salary will be based on experience.- Full-time,8AM to 5PM Eastern Time.- Fully remote.- Start Date : 04 / 01 / 2024Role Description :As the UI / UX Designer, you will lead the creation of mockups, visual designs, and prototypes while prioritizing user experience (UED).Your role involves determining web page structure, emphasizing user satisfaction through features that strike a balance between functionality and aesthetics.Collaborating closely with the product manager and the engineering team, you'll ensure alignment with the company's vision and product roadmap, crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.Qualifications- English level C2- Proven experience using Figma and designing software / SaaS products- Proficiency in mockup creation, visual design, and prototyping- Proficiency in front-end development and user experience design (UED)- Solid understanding of responsive,adaptive and other user-centered design principles and best practices- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Preferred experience working in a fintech / finance business or in the SaaS industry
