What you will be responsible forLine manage a team of engineers working in a hybrid model.?Mentor junior engineers. Plan and prioritize through interaction with business stakeholders including Product, UX Design, and Customer Experience to ensure our solutions meet our customer needs.?Design solutions that can be used across multiple web site in different use casesCollaborate and encourage collaboration with other teams across the organization in our guilds, sprint reviews or knowledge sharing sessions to ensure Simcorp has a vibrant engineering culture?What We Value/your qualificationsMost important is that you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. We would expect you to be proficient in several of the following skills and be able to upskill to a high standard for the remainder.The role will require knowledge and experience across the following: 3+ years experience managing Agile engineering teams or a demonstrated track record of leading projects without direct management responsibilities?5+ years of experience in Javascript and Typescript. Experience with front end frameworks including Angular, Vue.js or React is required. Experience with Agile software development practices, JIRA, Github and SonarQube A motivated leader with confident communication skills and empathy. Fluent written and spoken English 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies 3+ years building software with test automation in mind?Preferred:Experience of financial markets and products Experience with graphing libraries like D3 or Hot Charts.
