Description: Job Responsibilities: Analyse and troubleshoot test defects in a timely fashion.Work with colleagues to design new jigs, circuits, and devices or develop existing methodology.Simplify test methods.Travel to customer locations to perform testing when required.Train new technicians for the stage on stage test levels.Knowledge of operating CRO, Function Generator, DC Source, Digital Multi-meter, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyser.Work experience in operating chambers like Comet, Calydoscope, Project Handling, and Test Setup Validation.Actively participate in Small Group Activities (SGA) and Kaizen activities.Maintain complete and accurate documentation for testing.Plan and work towards reduction of scrap and rejection.Good knowledge of PCBA Troubleshooting.Follow company policies and safety regulations.Analyse the bake orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize and plan the production operation.Establish work procedures to meet production schedules.Soldering work, including making harnesses for test jigs and experience in mounting SMD and leaded components on PCB boards.Train and motivate technicians for 5S improvement.Qualifications: B.Tech/M.Tech - Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering
Relevant Experience: 6 - 10 Years
