We are currently looking for a Trilingual Communication Analyst to work for a technology project.

What you´ll do You´ll be in charge of providing support to LATAM and EMEA markets executing E2E campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate empathy and acknowledge the importance and urgency of the client's/Sales rep request. Active reading by paying close attention to the customer's concerns and needs and identifying potential implicit questions. Respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently, aiming to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Identify the root cause of the issue and offer practical solutions. Ensure the issue is fully resolved by following up with the customer. Ask if they need anything else or if they have any further questions. Anticipate the customer's needs and offer assistance before they even ask. Have a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information. Project management and implementation of digital campaigns. Necessary skills and experience required: Degree or certificate (Communication/Marketing ideal) Computer technology knowledge Google Sheets proficiency (ideal) Advanced English (B2, C1 or C2). Proficient Portuguese (B2, C1 or C2) Advanced verbal and written communication Ownership and autonomy Attention to detail Organization and time management Ability to work under time constraints with tight deadlines Team player (collaborative attitude) Problem-solving (research skills) Willingness to learn and grow Adaptability to changes Why Cognizant?
