Compensation: ARS 2,200,000-2,800,000 per year Our Transfer Pricing department seeks a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and project management skills while contributing to client success in a dynamic and growing field.
Responsibilities: Analyze complex financial and economic data using advanced tools (Excel, Word, potentially specialized statistical software). Apply various transfer pricing methodologies (comparable uncontrolled price, cost plus, transactional net margin method, etc.) to ensure compliance with international tax regulations, including the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines. Develop clear, well-supported reports with compelling data visualizations to communicate findings effectively, demonstrating a strong understanding of the arm's length principle. Stay abreast of evolving tax regulations and industry trends, particularly those related to the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, to maintain a deep understanding of the transfer pricing landscape. Manage transfer pricing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Delegate tasks effectively and oversee the work of junior team members, fostering their professional development. Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and colleagues, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supervise basic software use within the team. Utilize project management applications to efficiently monitor and track progress of transfer pricing tasks. Independently utilize tools to perform tasks relevant to transfer pricing analysis. Craft clear and concise reports, identify key trends and performance drivers, and create basic content (FAQs, cheat sheets) to support the team. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ensure strict data confidentiality. Develop and deliver basic training modules to enhance team knowledge on transfer pricing regulations and best practices. Assist in developing and executing complex transfer pricing analyses, responding to technical questions with expertise in applying the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines. Draft project plans, manage workload and planning for the team, and contribute to strategic discussions on transfer pricing optimization. Mentor junior professionals under guidance, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment while promoting knowledge sharing on transfer pricing regulations. Deepen client and project understanding by actively participating in client calls and interviews, demonstrating strong transfer pricing knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing or a relevant field. Proven proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. Working knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
