Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing, our transfer pricing professionals undertake the following:
Assistance with the preparation of transfer pricing policy and preparation of transfer pricing planning reports Preparation of transfer pricing documentation to substantiate transfer pricing positions taken Assistance with transfer pricing aspects of tax authority queries or formal audits Where companies would like up-front certainty on transfer pricing positions, assisting with applications for and negotiations of rulings and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) Transfer pricing planning, including Operating Model Effectiveness projects that seek to obtain tax benefits from business restructuring Acting as the preferred advisor to multinational companies, addressing ad hoc transfer pricing queries
Responsibilities You will develop knowledge across a number of financial sectors including asset wealth management, insurance, banking, real estate and capital markets to deliver value to our clients; You will have the opportunity to participate in a broad range of projects, which could include transfer pricing advisory and transfer pricing compliance projects; You will assist with planning and managing project deadlines and budgets to meet our clients' needs; and You will perform analysis on intercompany loans, credit ratings, debt capacity, cashpools, guarantee fees, Intellectual property valuation, among other financial transactions.
Job Profile related requirement 3-5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or experience in Finance & Accounting background Knowledge about OECD guidelines and TP concepts Must be familiar with transfer pricing compliance globally (including the preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Local File and Master file) Experience with General/ Intercompany Accounting and financial reporting Advanced excel skills and strong command on MS Power point and other skills like Power Pivot and Power Query will be useful Strong skills for the preparation of business valuations, industry researches, construct historical trends, business forecasts, regression models, business valuation scenarios and methods, sensitivity analyses, application of external market data, and determination of discount rates and risk premium Strong skills for the preparation of financial and tax models, including the creation of comprehensive excel models to determine financial and tax impacts connected with restructurings, M&A, intellectual property migration, and country tax developments Strong analytical skills to collect and convert financial data using technology tools, such as Alterix, Power BI and EY property data tools
