Transaction Coordinator - (Gm)

Only available for  #residents  of  #Latinamerica We are looking for a Virtual Assistant/Transaction Coordinator with a background in R eal Estate transactions ? Assist in managing transactions from contract to close by following the system in place.
? Schedule appointments such as home inspections and order disclosure statements, as required.
? Maintain files to ensure all mandatory paperwork is completed and sent to the cooperating agent or broker for the client's review and approval.
? Check for all initials, signatures, and dates before marking paperwork as complete.
? Monitor and assess the progress of the sale so important deadlines are met and contingencies are released.
? Provide a preliminary audit of the file for managing broker to review.
? Communicate with agents for listing and transaction follow-up.
? Communicate with clients to verify phone numbers, closing times, etc.
? Close out listing in MLS, make sure signs are picked up, etc.
? Experience in speaking to agents, loan officers, and clients, scheduling appointments, and follow-up around the transaction process.
$5 -10 per hour / Open to negotiate 100 % Remote Full-time
