Develop your individual Journey of Growth: Within 12 months, you complete various project assignments at home and abroad which are tailored to your personal profile and ambition for the future.A mentor at top-management level accompanies you throughout the program and supports you in building a valuable network for your future career.Participate in our training camps where we analyze your individual location and expand your key skills.Contribute your pioneering spirit to current business projects: we bring together your ideas with planned product innovations in order to build the world's most desirable cars.The program will start in March 2025.As a Trainee in "Electro Engineering", you play a key role in the worldwide new model planning for Mercedes-Benz. You design the assembly processes and ensure the commissioning of the electrics/electronics of our passenger cars and vans. Your work guarantees that the quality concepts and tests meet our high standards in all assembly steps. With your commitment to production planning, you contribute to the planning of complete assembly systems, from pre-planning to launch support. You develop innovative solutions to make our assembly processes efficient and ergonomic, while industrial engineering establishes the groundwork for labor management. In close collaboration with adjacent departments, you are a key contributor to our vision: together we design and realize the best assembly systems for the world's most desirable cars.
Qualifications An above-average degree (bachelor, master, MBA or doctorate) in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering or comparable course of study.Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies).At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel).Affinity and enthusiasm for digital technologies and trends.Excellent knowledge of English; good German language skills are an advantage.You are ready to drive the transformation forward at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility.You are open and communicative and have very good analytical skills.You are a team player and can motivate others.We are looking forward to your application.
