This role will be the lead personnel within the Eastern Time Zone supporting the day-to-day operations of our 24/7 Spot & Options OTC desk.
This role will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operational efficiency of our firm's various products and processes.WHAT YOU WILL DO: Support a 24/7 trading operation during EST hoursPerform daily settlement of client trades and transactions in fiat and cryptoAssist in various treasury movementsPerform daily trade and position reconciliationsReview and update client settlement instructionsUpdate and manage various attributes in our internal trading systemEnsure completeness and accuracy of positions and accounts on a daily basisCollaborate with technology and engineering teams on automation initiativesApply problem solving and project management skills to develop and execute initiatives to improve operation efficiencies and risk controls amid regulatory developmentsAssist with exchange account openings and banking relationship management WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 1-3 years of experience in Product Control, Middle Office and/or Operations in the financial services or crypto industryExperience across Options, Futures, FX products will be advantageousMust be a team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently Keen problem solver with good conceptual and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field preferred Proficient with Excel and Google SheetsPrior knowledge about blockchain and cryptocurrencies would be beneficial COMPENSATION & PERKS Full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in an industry-leading companyHybrid model working from home & awesome office location in Palermo, Buenos AiresApple equipmentThe opportunity to be a key player and build your career at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an emerging fieldFlexible work culture Blockchain is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
