Job Description:

As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and customers through phone calls. Your role will involve handling inquiries, providing information, and promoting our services. This position requires strong sales skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Provide exceptional customer service and support

- Promote and sell company products and services

- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales

Requirements:

- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

- Proven experience in a call center environment, with a focus on sales is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
