We are looking for a Test Lead to join our growing team. This position is fully remote from Argentina.
Must Haves:
- Strong QA process experience
Day to Day
Onshore Test Lead responsible for leading an Automation Architect and also nearshore Test Engineers in Argentina to support our client.
Single point of interface for our client to Coordinate the efforts between onsite and nearshore.
Participate in all planning activities.
Define test strategies and plans.
Provide status updates and reports.
Manage resources, attrition and knowledge within the team.
Identify and implement QE best practices.
Will work with COE team to implement QualiView and use it to report status
Will present Automation findings and provide recommendations regarding Automation framework and processes.
Will join sprint teams and facilitate root cause analysis of defects found working with Development and Support
