Terminal Operations Manager (Campana)

Main Purpose:If you have experience in the operational management of hydrocarbon terminals and are motivated by the challenge of leading teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational excellence, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:• Control losses and gains, ensuring cost management efficiency.
• Ensure product quality and optimal facility maintenance.
• Design and execute projects for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Monitor the performance of suppliers and contractors.
• Participate in budget planning and expense control.
• Foster a culture of safety and leadership based on corporate HSE values.
Knowledge and Skills:• Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced English.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
