Job Description Provide expert-level support for PL/SQL-based applications in our telecom environment;Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize system downtime;Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance to enhance application responsiveness;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and conduct root cause analysis;Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 application availability;Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation;Develop and execute database scripts for data manipulation and reporting;Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement;Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector;Strong expertise in PL/SQL programming and database management;Proficiency in SQL query optimization and performance tuning;Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies;Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;Additional Information The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
