Today GEA in Argentina is looking for advanced students or technicians in mechanical or electromechanical fields to join our team in Córdoba as a Field Service Technician. In this position, you will be the first point of contact with the client to execute both planned and unplanned services.
Your responsibilities and tasks:Execute planned maintenance services at the client's site.Address technical emergencies at the client's site.Perform corrective repairs.Execute the commissioning of GEA equipment.Provide training to clients.Provide technical support to the service sales team.Identify client needs.Offer and execute available modernizations and upgrades. Your profile and qualifications:Mechanical or electromechanical technician.At least 1 year of experience providing field technical service.Intermediate level of English (desirable).A professional with a strong service vocation to directly assist our clients, actively listening to them and understanding their needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive in seeking continuous improvement of the processes in charge.Developed a solid work structure to operate autonomously in a multinational company.
