DescriptionThe Role: Working for Mercedes-Benz Australia in this full-time permanent role, you will be a brand ambassador embodying our passion for service excellence and our care in providing flexible, innovative and tailor-made mobility solutions.
The Technical Trainer role is responsible for delivering Face-to-Face and Virtual Classroom training to our Retailer network.
Based at our Head Office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will be joining a passionate and high performing team committed to delivering world-class training.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver engaging Face-to-Face and Virtual Classroom training across various portfolios, including Technical, Non-Technical and Process & Systems.Review and adapt training materials and content to suit the Australian/New Zealand market.Day-to-Day management of the Training Centre and facility, ensuring all HSE requirements are met.Participate in Train-the-Trainer events to enhance your skills and knowledge.Maintain Training Academy tooling, fleet, and equipment to ensure a high-quality training experience for learners.Provide support to the Training Academy team as needed.This role will require occasional domestic and international travel.QualificationsWhat you will need to be successful: A relevant automotive trade qualification such as a certified mechanic, technician, diagnosis expert and a demonstrated history working in the automotive sector.Experience with Mercedes-Benz products is desirable.A passion for personal development and learning.Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and energetic environment.Excellent communication skills and good decision-making ability.Ability to work autonomously with the support of your team.Advanced knowledge on Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Live and breathe flexibility, agility and adaptability.Why you should apply:Become a key member of a fun and motivated team in a positive and friendly environment.Join a large, global organisation dedicated to inclusivity and diversity.Access to a fully maintained company vehicle and on-site parking.To express your interest in this position, please submit a Cover Letter and CV as soon as possible (or by latest COB Friday 6th December).
