We are looking for a Technical Manager to act as a guide and mentor to impact positively on our Eku-members professional development and career progression.
As a Technical Manager you'll be contributing to management discussions, implementing strategic decisions and maintaining billable hours with clients.
Lead a technical team
Responsible for the personal and professional development of the members in your team, fostering career ownership with their managees about development goals for each year.
Take care about our work place, promote a collaborative work environment and act as a role model based on our corporate values.
Identify, in partnership with its managees, training opportunities considering not only technical expertise, but also soft skills.
Responsible for the project allocation of the members in your team to billable projects with clients and partners.
Depending on your interests, you will able to add responsibilities to your role:
Project leadership: As project leader you'll have the opportunity to work on projects as a Project Leader and technically supervise a team, having direct impact on our clients and business.
Account managment: As account manager, you'll have the opportunity to be Ekumen's representative with clients and develop new solutions for our client's problems, working with internal company teams and partners.
As a People Manager, you:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience leading software development projects
Demonstrable experience managing, mentoring people, and/or leading technical teams
Experience managing customers.
Have experience in at least one of these fields / technologies: Robotics, Mobile, or Web Development.
Love technology and enjoy getting your hands on creating new tech.
Speak English fluently enough to work comfortably in an English-speaking environment (inside Ekumen and with customers).
