Responsibilities:Enjoy helping users no matter what issues they experience.Explain complex ideas in simple words.Be ready to keep the conversation going, even when others might have given up.Manage product roadmap and backlog.Work closely with local implementation teams to ensure the new capabilities of the product are delivered to end-users.Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved.Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from clients or other employees.Minimum Requirements:Experience in restaurant or retail automation and knowledge of POS systems.A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field is preferred.1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of a company's products and services.Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.We offer:Working with an international company.Remote work option, ability to work from any location.Compensation for English classes.Compensation for Gym package.Health insurance.
