Position Overview: The Technical Support and Development Specialist will play a dual role, providing IT customer support during off-peak hours and contributing to software development and implementation of innovative solutions.
A key focus will be testing and sourcing AI-driven technologies and integrating them into the business to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary IT support resource during specified hours, addressing technical issues and ensuring continuity of operations.
Develop and customize software solutions based on project needs.
Evaluate and set up open-source and AI-based tools for company use.
Test, source, and implement innovative AI technologies to enhance business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and demo proof-of-concept solutions.
Web Application Development Docker Integration: Set up a Docker environment for the web application.
Qualifications : Proficient in React, WordPress, or similar open-source platforms.
Solid understanding of networking, SQL, and APIs.
Experience with AI tools and models, with a keen interest in innovation.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record of independent project delivery.
Excellent English communication skills.
Familiarity with Docker containerization and deployment.
Nice-to-Haves : Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
Hands-on experience in designing user-centric IT solutions.
A mindset geared towards innovation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
