Basic Qualifications: Fluent in English verbal and written communication.+3 years of technical recruiting experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes.CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates (experience using Lever is a plus).Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.About RYZ Labs: RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
