Job Description Flow RMS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Technical Project Manager** to lead the development of our flagship operational software. In this role, you will oversee a team of 10+ developers, manage complex and high-impact projects, and ensure that deliverables meet strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end development of Flow RMS's flagship operational software, ensuring alignment with business goals. Team Management: Lead a team of 10+ developers, promoting collaboration, accountability, and productivity. Deadline Management: Handle high-complexity projects, set realistic timelines, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. Operational Efficiency: Monitor and optimize team workflows to ensure everyone works efficiently and effectively. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, risks, and resolutions, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, resolve bottlenecks, and mitigate issues that could impact timelines or deliverables. Agile Oversight: Implement and oversee Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on technology and software development. Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, or equivalent experience working in a technical role. Team Leadership: Proven experience managing a team of 10+ developers in a fast-paced environment. Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and processes (Scrum, Kanban) with certifications like CSM or PMI-ACP being a plus. Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Zoho Sprints, GitHub) and a proven ability to manage high-complexity projects. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience in SaaS or Cloud-based Environments: Prior experience managing projects in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software is highly desirable. Familiarity with DevOps: Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
