Comprehensive understanding of various Agile frameworks including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Rally.Hands-on experience in delivering software products using Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies.Proven experience in coaching teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and senior executives in Agile principles and practices. Ability to instill an Agile mindset and facilitate the shift from traditional methodologies.Strong skills in change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for teams and departments adopting Agile.Ability to define an agile transformation strategy, vision, roadmap, operating model, and KPIs.Designing and implementing Agile transition strategies tailored to client-specific challenges, industry nuances, and organizational cultures.Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks in Agile transitions, ensuring clients are well-prepared for potential challenges.Ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging Agile training sessions and workshops for various audiences, ranging from novices to experienced practitioners.Familiarity with metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance Agile delivery performance.Manage expectations, building relationships, and communicating effectively with client stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment between business objectives and Agile transformation goals.Knowledge of approaches to scale Agile across large organizations, understanding the intricacies and challenges of enterprise-wide Agile adoption.Familiarity with the toolsets and infrastructure required to support Agile teams, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and configuration management such as Jenkins, Terraform, GitLab, GitHub.Deep understanding of Agile metrics like Velocity, Cycle Time, Cumulative Flow, and Burn Charts, and the capability to interpret these to drive continuous improvement.Experienced in modern product management techniques that integrate seamlessly with Agile, such as user story mapping, MVP definition, and product backlog prioritization.Contribute to the development of playbooks and assessment diagnostic tools to help accelerate value for our clients.Understand the importance of having correct information management.Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.Correct Information Security Management.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color; religion; national origin; age; disability; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; genetic predisposition or carrier status; marital status; or any other status protected by law.
