Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards. Minimum Years Experience Required: 3 - 4 year(s) Required Knowledge/Skills: Facilitating program level and agile team level ceremonies. Supporting mobilization of an agile program management office operating model. Eliciting requirements and scope using client interviews, shadowing, document review, and surveys. Parsing out client requirements into manageable work units and translating them into Agile stories. Creating and maintaining program/project plans, trackers, risks, issues, and dependency tools. Collaborating with the user experience and design team. Creating test scenarios and executing test cases to deliver quality results. Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Comprehensive understanding of various Agile frameworks. Hands-on experience in delivering software products using Agile methodologies. Ability to instill an Agile mindset and facilitate the shift from traditional methodologies. Work closely with a cross-functional team to establish the solution vision. Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks in Agile transitions. Facilitate process improvement workshops and discussions. Prepare and present regular progress reports to client leads and stakeholders. Proactively communicate with external and internal customers. Provide the first level of support and triage complex issues. Facilitate retrospectives to seek feedback from stakeholders.
