In digital project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate digital projects, enabling successful delivery within budget and timelines. Minimum years experience required 3-4 year(s)Required Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive level abilities and/or proven record of shifting clients towards Agile and modern delivery practices including:Facilitating program level (e.g. program increment planning, scrum of scrums) and agile team level ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, daily standup, backlog refinement);Supporting mobilization of an agile program management office operating model, inclusive of governance, roles and responsibilities, ceremonies and cadence, reporting, tooling, and modeling out core interactions of the operating model;Eliciting requirements and scope using client interviews, shadowing, document review, surveys;Parsing out client requirements into manageable work units and translating client requirements into Agile stories;Creating and maintaining program/project plans, trackers, risks, issues, and dependency tools to effectively plan and manage program execution through its lifecycle, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes;Collaborating with the user experience and design team to perform traceability of solution to design and business requirements;Creating test scenarios, test plans and execution of test cases using various test scenarios to deliver quality results to clients;Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates intimate-level, abilities and/or proven record of shifting clients towards Agile and modern delivery practices including:Comprehensive understanding of various Agile frameworks including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Rally;Hands-on experience in delivering software products using Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies;Ability to instill an Agile mindset and facilitate the shift from traditional methodologies;Work closely with a cross-functional, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary team of architects, developers, and subject matter experts to establish the solution vision, analyze tradeoffs, and actively mitigate potential risks;Ensure end users have the training and documentation required to efficiently manage new features. Knowledge of the challenges and resistance typically encountered during Agile transformations and strategies to overcome them;Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks in Agile transitions, ensuring clients are well-prepared for potential challenges;Ability to facilitate process improvement workshops, meetings, and discussions while demonstrating credibility as a trusted advisor in supporting business goals and objectives;Identifies and maintains performance metrics and indicators (KPIs) to measure team and organizational program process and performance improvements results;Prepare and present regular progress reports, status updates and program documentation to client leads and stakeholders;Proactively communicate with external and internal customers to critically evaluate the feasibility of new features and enhancement, understand information needs, as well as capture functional requirements;Provide the first level of support and triage complex issues, outlining the impact and potential resolutions to stakeholders while working with the development team to implement the best solution;Facilitate retrospectives to seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future program planning and execution;Knowledge of approaches to scale Agile across large organizations, understanding the intricacies and challenges of enterprise-wide Agile adoption;Experience in modern product management techniques that integrate seamlessly with Agile, such as user story mapping, MVP definition, and product backlog prioritization;Familiarity with the toolsets and infrastructure required to support Agile teams, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and configuration management such as Jenkins, Terraform.
