Comprehensive understanding of various Agile frameworks including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Rally.Hands-on experience in delivering software products using Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies.Proven experience in coaching teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and senior executives in Agile principles and practices.Drive discussions with a cross-functional, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary team of architects, developers, and subject matter experts to establish the solution vision, analyze tradeoffs, and actively mitigate potential risks.Deep expertise of technical concepts and solutions relevant to Program delivery and provide guidance to tech delivery team in ensuring deliverables align with industry best practices and meet high quality standards.Strong skills in change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for teams and departments adopting Agile.Ability to define an agile transformation strategy, vision, roadmap, operating model, and KPIs.Designing and implementing Agile transition strategies tailored to client-specific challenges, industry nuances, and organizational cultures.Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks in Agile transitions, ensuring clients are well-prepared for potential challenges.Ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging Agile training sessions and workshops for various audiences, ranging from novices to experienced practitioners.Identifies opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance program delivery effectiveness through incorporating feedback from stakeholders and lessons learned into future program planning and execution.Identifies and maintains performance metrics and indicators (KPIs) to measure team and organizational program process and performance improvements results.Prepares and presents comprehensive reports, status updates, and program documentation to stakeholders, and maintains accurate record of program activities, milestones, deliverables, key decisions, and RAID logs.Manage expectations, building relationships, and communicating effectively with client stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment between business objectives and Agile transformation goals.Knowledge of approaches to scale Agile across large organizations, understanding the intricacies and challenges of enterprise-wide Agile adoption.Experienced in modern product management techniques that integrate seamlessly with Agile, such as user story mapping, MVP definition, and product backlog prioritization.Familiarity with the toolsets and infrastructure required to support Agile teams, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and configuration management.Well versed with Jira Align and alike portfolio management tools, Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, Confluence.Deep understanding of Agile metrics like Velocity, Cycle Time, Cumulative Flow, and Burn Charts, and the capability to interpret these to drive continuous improvement.Ability to mentor and grow junior consultants in complex program delivery and agile ways of working.Collaborate with Sales and business development teams to identify new program opportunities, contribute to proposal development and support client sales presentations to win new business and expand existing relationships.Stays up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management practices.Understand the importance of have a correct information management.Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.Correct Information Security Management.Education Degrees/Field of Study required:
