Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Rally.Ability to instill an Agile mindset at the team level and facilitate the shift from traditional methodologies.Assist with the rollout of new functionality and the execution of test plans to ensure that product stipulations are satisfied, issues are resolved, and exceptional user experiences are delivered.Support design and implementation of Agile transition strategies tailored to client-specific challenges, industry nuances, and organizational cultures.Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks in Agile transitions, ensuring clients are well-prepared for potential challenges.Ability to support process improvement workshops, meetings, and discussions while demonstrating credibility as a trusted advisor in supporting business goals and objectives.Familiarity with metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance Agile delivery performance.Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and program documentation.Communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills are very important.Proficient in tools like Excel and PowerBI.EducationDegrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor Degree - Systems Engineering, Bachelor Degree - Data Analytics, Bachelor Degree - Computer Information System, Bachelor Degree - Industrial Engineering, Bachelor Degree - Computer Engineering.
CertificationsGlobal: Certified Scrum Master - Scrum Manager (preferred), Global: Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager - Scaled Agile (preferred).
