This team works on core services, data pipelines, third-party integrations, developer quality of life, and quality assurance processes.
This role focuses on enabling our competent, high-agency team to move faster by helping gather stakeholder needs, define clear technical requirements, and support planning and execution.

Strong skills in project management, including cost and time estimation methodologies.

Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to collect requirements, clarify needs, and translate them into actionable technical specs for the development team.
Support the team in planning, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring smooth execution without introducing bottlenecks.
Support in improving the quality of life of the product team by evolving the development process and adopting new tools and practices.
Set project goals, measure progress, and report on them to ensure alignment and transparency.
Have a hands-on approach, with occasional involvement in coding to support the team.
