The whole process takes no more than 45 minutes, and can be started immediately Our FACT freelance team is the 'go-to' team that we'll always contact first , for any outside IR35 client-facing, remote project opportunities that match your technical leadership skills REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 3 Years of hands-on technical leadership in a software engineering focused role 8 years of overall professional software development experience Experience leading and mentoring software developers engineers Technical skills in one or more of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning, ASP .Net MVC, Flutter, PHP/Laravel, Quality Assurance, React.js, Typescript, or Vue.js The ability to support client projects from start to end, i.e. ideation, architecture design, development and go-live. (soup to nuts) Exceptional communication skills, both internally with the Handyman Interactive team, and externally with clients.
