Position Overview: As a Technical Email Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in our team, driving email marketing strategies to optimize newsletter engagement and ROI. You will work alongside an all-star team of content creators, data analysts, and email marketing experts to deliver outstanding results for our clients, exceeding industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven email marketing strategies to optimize engagement, conversions, and overall performance.Platform Expertise: Leverage your expertise in major email platforms like ActiveCampaign and Beehiiv to manage and optimize email campaigns.Segmentation & Automation: Design effective list segmentation strategies and automated workflows to enhance performance for clients.Timely Communication: Respond promptly to communications (within 12 hours) to ensure seamless collaboration with the team and clients.Performance Optimization: Analyze key email marketing KPIs such as contact quality, engagement, and deliverability and implement strategies to improve these metrics.Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with deliverability best practices and legal regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, performance analysts, and deliverability experts to execute marketing initiatives on time.Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in email marketing.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.Advanced knowledge of email marketing performance factors (segmentation, deliverability, KPIs).Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Strong attention to detail and ability to manage client relationships.Familiarity with ActiveCampaign, Beehiiv, or similar platforms is highly preferred.Nice-to-Haves: Experience in using automation tools for email campaigns.Strong understanding of email compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).Knowledge of additional email marketing platforms is a bonus.Please note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and intro video in English format.
