Implement and oversee strategies to maintain and enhance overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines within and beyond the organizational unit while actively promoting collaboration and knowledge transfer across the organization.Qualifications Degree in the field of computer science or business informatics, as well as several years of professional experience in IT-specific corporate roles with management responsibility.
Experience Proven experience in operational, conceptual, and technical aspects across various phases of IT product development.
Expertise in leading and strategically aligning distributed agile development teams, with a strong track record of collaborating with international partners and teams.
