Job Overview We are seeking a highly qualified midlevel Associate with law firm experience to join our Finance Practice Group in our Los Angeles office.
This position offers the opportunity to be part of a market-leading finance group, with a particular focus on asset-based lending.
The Associate will also work on tech lending, such as recurring revenue financings, as well as acquisition and other leveraged financings, and venture lending.

Key Responsibilities Provide legal support on a range of finance transactions, focusing on asset-based lending.
Work on tech lending transactions, including recurring revenue financings and venture lending.
Assist with acquisition and leveraged financings across a variety of sectors.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex finance documents with attention to detail and precision.
Advise clients on finance-related legal and business issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate closely with other practice groups to support cross-practice transactions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-level legal and strategic advice.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
Admission to the California Bar is mandatory.
Significant transactional finance experience, particularly in asset-based lending and other financing structures.
Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Experience in tech lending and leveraged financing is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
