The opportunity The Talent Reporting Specialist at the Associate rank works as part of a project team to provide operational support to reporting.
This support may include measurement, analysis, project management and some continuous improvement initiatives.
This position may also provide some deployment and reporting/technology support.
Your key responsibilities As a Talent Reporting Specialist, you'll be expected to provide operational reporting and analysis.
Reports include key statistics, measurement results for accuracy and timeliness, and other survey or statistical results.
You will analyze workflow operations, including process mapping, and be expected to offer suggestions for improvement.
You will conduct measurement analyses on project/programs as directed.
This may include measuring progress against established timelines and/or procedures.
You will report findings to department teams with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities.
You'll provide project management and/or program support for less complex projects or programs and assist with larger projects.
