Responsibilities and assignmentsCoordination, execution, and support of the ABI People Cycle for Global Employees: 180/360 Assessments and Development Plans, Talent Review & Calibration Meetings, Engagement CycleCreation and support of People Cycle resources for Business Partners and Colleagues: Toolkits, Trainings, Guides, etc.Ownership of Data & Reports: Master Data, HRIS for People Cycle Processes, Turnover Analysis, Engagement Results Analysis (+ Other People Health KPIs)Ownership of Presentations: Monthly Routines with Senior People Directors and Business Partners, Critical presentations for Executive Leaders (Talent Reviews)Ownership of Internal Communications: Plan and Execute Internal communications through the entire people cycleDaily support to Senior Business Partners through Mailbox, Routines & Calls, Microsoft Teams Channels, Action LogsRequirements and qualificationsUniversity Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration or similar)At least +2-year experience (ideally in global teams or managing talent processes)Excellent/Advanced EnglishAdvanced Excel (Pivot Tables and Basic formulas knowledge)Advanced Power PointProcess stagesStep 1: RegistrationStep 2: Hiring
