The role: Within our Talent team, we're dedicated to creating an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams. As a Talent Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in managing the scheduling of interviews across various departments and locations, ensuring smooth and timely communication every step of the way. From coordinating interview logistics to handling rescheduling needs, your attention to detail will ensure candidates enjoy a seamless process. You'll also conduct thorough reference checks, providing valuable insights to the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will allow you to support hiring managers and candidates, enhancing our processes and contributing to an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews for candidates across various departments, locations and timezones. Conduct thorough and insightful reference checks, providing valuable feedback to the Talent Acquisition team. Maintain a high standard of candidate experience by being proactive in coordinating all stages of the interview process, timely communication and follow-up. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and resolve any potential scheduling issues swiftly, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Keep detailed records and manage candidate information effectively, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the candidate experience and set up and refine existing processes within the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. Improve the use of our current tools, as well as help us evaluate new tools that will automate and improve our ways of working. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within talent acquisition or HR, preferably in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong planning and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Proficient user of Slack, Google Calendar, and ATS (Greenhouse preferably) Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, especially as it relates to sensitive candidate information. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment. We highly prefer candidates based in Buenos Aires.
