Talent Acquisition Specialist With German

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology.
Together, we're looking for a German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Essen or Leipzig.
Position:  Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Essen or Leipzig, Germany Work Model: hybrid Employment type: Full-time   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, conduct, and follow up on phone calls and job interviews Asses applicants via aptitude tests to find the best fit for teams Guide applicants through every step of the recruitment process Work with our social media team to develop exciting content and campaigns Manage recruitment databases  REQUIREMENTS: Native/ fluency in German (C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level) Previous experience in human resources is a plus Knowledge of German labor law would be beneficial Comfortable using common PC and internet applications.
