Devs United is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our full cycle recruitment efforts, joining our company as part of the talented group of leaders in web and mobile development. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading our full-time recruitment efforts. This person will work with a global team of HR professionals to support Devs and its subsidiaries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGeneral and Creative Recruitment:
Manage applicant tracking system (JazzHR) for LATAM.Create and iterate training materials in partnership with Vice President of People for developing hiring managers and interviewees into confident and equitable members in the hiring process.Stay on the forefront of innovative hiring practices.Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, portfolio centers, and institutions that focus on marketing and technology.Attend annual career fairs at target schools.Conduct organic outreach to target universities and portfolio schools for informational sessions to develop personal relationships.Partner with the Chief Operations Officer on freelance hires; maintain our database of contract talent.Maintain talent data and insights into agency hiring practices.QualificationsMinimum 2+ years recruiting experience; software company recruiting.Fluency in English is required.Strong initiative - proactive self-starter with ability to work independently, under little supervision.Excellent writing and strong/persuasive presentation skills.Strong strategic planning skills.Leadership qualities and influence within the industry.RequirementsPossess passion for human resources.Must be able to work with all levels of associates within the company.Be friendly, respectful, and enjoy helping others.Display an eagerness to learn.Be very organized, pay attention to detail, display a high sense of urgency, and be able to multitask.Have a professional presence and demeanor - both in person and online.Possess strong problem-solving skills; able to process information and complex situations quickly and provide thoughtful recommendations.Maintain a high level of discretion concerning confidential information.Be willing to accept a wide variety of projects.Work Location:Capital Federal - Palermo
