Job Description You will be part of the Syngenta Talent Acquisition team for LAS and LAN. This role requires a strong connection with the business and key leaders in the region, people acumen and resilience to drive constant changes and transformation and be passionate about people and a strong knowledge of the business to bring the necessary market insights.
Responsibilities: Drive and own the talent strategy within the assigned functional area while coaching and advising hiring managers on the recruitment process End-to-end recruitment process management (internal and external) for positions until WL 4A in several business areas, focusing on the long-term talent pipeline development; Develop/improve and execute Talent Acquisition processes and programs; Bring market data and insights to the area, to elevate internal best practices and provide new solutions; Work with KPI´s, metrics and continuous improvement in evaluation and selection processes and tools, with the aim of leveraging results and improving performance from the point of view of attracting talent Work with key stakeholders and HR Business Partners to understand and deliver on Talent Acquisition needs and to support the talent review process in driving external recruitment and internal mobility Lead and collaborated continue improvement and Equity Inclusion & Diversity projects Work withing our ATS system at their best following all process and guidelines for audit process Qualifications At Syngenta we are highly focused on people - we are looking for committed, collaborative professionals with excellence in execution.

It is essential for this position: Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Administration, HR or similar) Advanced english level (mandatory) Previous experience in TA or HR roles (at least 5 years) Experience or knowledge of social media, databases and professional networks (e.g.
LinkedIn).
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
